Standard solution: electrostatic protection and inner packaging (anti-static bags, foam padding, and tray boxes).
Custom Solutions: Customized Liner Design and Molding (EPE/EVA/Sponge/Blister).
Standardized packing and stuffing, standardized sealing and labeling
Pallet Loading and Protection: Pallet stacking shall be carried out in accordance with established standards, adhering to the principles of “heavy items on top of light, large items on top of small, and labels facing outward,” and stack height shall be strictly controlled.
Employ high-strength stretch film for all-around, tensioned wrapping to consolidate the entire pallet into a single unit, providing protection against scattering, moisture, and dust.

Labeling Requirements: The shipping label shall include key information such as the customer’s PO number, product model, quantity, production batch/serial number, gross/net weight, carton number (e.g., “Carton No.: 1 of 10”), date of manufacture, and environmental compliance markings.
Technical Applications: Supports printing and pasting of 1D barcodes and QR codes, enabling quick scanning and inbound processing for both customers and logistics operations.
Error-proofing measures: Implement the “dual-check system for label content” to ensure 100% accuracy.
